When my dentist for over 30 years retired, he recommended Dr. Zaidi of Chapel Hill Dental Arts. I have to say that I wasn’t happy about going about going to a dentist I wasn’t used to. My husband was very uneasy about also. From our first visit, Dr. Zaidi and the staff made us feel like we had been going there for years. The staff is very friendly and every procedure we had was practically pain free. Thanks Dr. Zaidi and staff.

Dentist and all staff were honest and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable. My first visit and this practice is a keeper. I have some anxiety with a dentist office, but this one did not give me any. I am so happy I selected the practice to make an appointment. I would highly recommend.

It's not fun to go to the Dentist, but it's mortifying if you are phobic like I am. Today, however, I made a huge personal breakthrough. I had three different procedures done, and I was in the chair for 2 hours. I didn't take any anti-anxiety medication or use nitrous oxide, and that's because my dentist, Dr. Zaidi, is compassionate and has a wonderful bedside manner. He's also really good at what he does, and he employs a staff of equally competent and compassionate Dental Assistants. He told me I did a great job today, and I told him, "I couldn't have done a great job if YOU didn't do a great job." My way of saying thank you is to let people know about his practice. So, if you need a really good dentist who has a wonderful bedside manner, go to Chapel Hill Dental Arts - Dr. Asim Zaidi at the intersection of Route 35 and Chapel Hill Road. I went in with my first ever dental emergency. I haven’t been there in a few years, they took me in right away and I was treated by the most gentle and professional staff. I can't say how grateful I am to Chapel Hill Dental. I had lost back teeth, side teeth and 1 front tooth. It seemed to me that I would have to have dentures. Dr. Zaidi assured me he could fix up my problem with implants. They did an excellent ob. The hygienists, all the staff and receptionists could not be kinder, nicer people. Now I have solid teeth front , side and back. They feel like natural teeth.

The level of professionalism I have received at Chapel Hill Dentistry has been superb. Dr.Zaidi and his staff are courteous and efficient. Further, I am pleased to share may experience with Dr. Gold. I was referred to him many years ago for a dental issue that required the skills of a highly experienced practitioner. Since then, I have been seeing him for all periodontal work and recently referred him to my husband. We both are very pleased with the high level of quality services offered. Dr. Zaidi and his staff are top notch. Recently, I had the pleasure of being under the care of Dr. Robinson for an extraction. Unfortunately, I am a veteran of having many dental procedures over the years and this was my third tooth extraction. I can say without reservation that my experience with Dr. Robinson was the best of the three. He is caring and gentle and the extraction was done very quickly.

Returned to Chapel Hill Dental after approx. 17 years with an outdated Bar appliance and ill fitting lower plate. After a consultation with Dr. Zaidi and his wonderful staff came up with a plan, to remove the bar and refit my implants to a new denture. Much research was devoted to find the correct devices to use. It is a pleasure to be cared for by such a compassionate Doctor and staff. When I left my appointment I actually shouted ,I love this place.

Over the years I've had numerous dentists taking care of me but no one like Dr. Zaidi. I have been having problems with my older implants and I had not much luck with finding some one to help me, until I found Dr. Zaidi. My first impression was his ability to put me at ease with his gentle caring way and giving me all the time I needed with all my questions. Dr. Zaidi explained and took his time examining me and went over the avenue that we will take. I was relieved that he knew what could be done and I was very confident with him and his diagnosis. I've been going to Chapel Hill Dental for many years. Both myself and my daughters have been seen by Dr. Zaidi and staff. My visits there have been nothing but the best! My girls love going to the office (which kid you know like going to the dentist?) Not only is everyone friendly, but the service provided is the best. If you want a good dental group that is child friendly, good customer service, and have knowledgeable doctors and specialist this is the place to go!!!!

Dr. Zaidi and the staff were the most wonderful people I had to treat me in an emergency I had with my denture. I had broken my denture and I had no idea what I needed to do. After I showed the staff what had happened the staff worked as a team to make sure that I didn't leave the building without having teeth in my mouth.
